ZNSKAGLVA (ZG.NYC) – Hand-Decorated Hats

1. Introduction

Welcome to ZG.NYC. By purchasing or using any of our hand-decorated hats (the “Products”), you (“the Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Because each hat is individually hand-decorated using jewels, embellishments, and other materials, slight variations are normal and part of the artistic process.

2. Handmade Product Disclaimer

All Products are handmade, hand-decorated and may contain small parts, decorative elements, adhesives, and embellishments.

  • Minor imperfections, variations in design, and differences in placement of decorations are expected. This is an original and no other designs are ever the same.

  • By purchasing, the Customer acknowledges and accepts the handmade nature of the Products.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • ZG.NYC is not liable for any damage, injury, loss, or claim arising from the purchase, possession, use, or misuse of the Products after they have been delivered and paid for by and to the Customer.

  • All Products are sold “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

  • Once a Product is purchased and delivered, the Customer assumes full responsibility, including for:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Loss of decorative elements

    • Accidental damage

    • Injuries resulting from misuse or improper care

By completing a purchase, the Customer agrees to hold ZG.NYC harmless from any and all legal claims, actions, damages, or liabilities of any kind.

4. Small Parts Warning — Children Under 5

Our hats may contain small parts that can pose choking or safety hazards. These Products are not toys and are not intended for children under 5 years old.

  • Customers agree to keep Products out of reach of young children.

  • ZG.NYC is not responsible for injuries or hazards resulting from failure to follow this safety warning.

5. Care & Maintenance

Because the hats include hand-applied embellishments:

  • Avoid exposure to water, extreme heat, or rough handling.

  • Decorations may loosen over time; this is considered normal wear. Please contact us if you are based in NYC and we will do our best to rectify any issues.

ZG.NYC is not responsible for repairs unless agreed upon under a separate, paid service.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom, handmade nature of the Products:

  • All sales are final. No refunds.

  • Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted unless ZG.NYC has made an error in fulfilling the order.

  • Claims about order fulfillment errors must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the Product.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, and creative concepts are the exclusive property of ZG.NYC

  • Customers may not reproduce, copy, or resell the designs without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York State and New York City, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Agreement

By purchasing or using any Product from ZG.NYC the Customer acknowledges that they:

  • Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

  • Agree to be legally bound by them

  • Accept full responsibility for their use, care, and handling of the Product
